Q: What if some kids don't show up to my party?
A: You only get charged for the kids that show up for the party, with the minimum being 10 kids for the base price. Head count is completed at the time your guests check in and if the number of kids exceeds 10, charge for additional kids will be added your tab.  

Q: How many people can occupy a party room?
A: The party rooms are designed for up to 18 kids sitting around two tables. There are chairs along side of the room for accompanying adults. If you have more than 18 kids we encourage you to rent the whole facility to better accommodate your guests.

Q: Do I have access to my party room before my party starts to setup my room?
A: The rooms are fully decorated and everything will be setup before you go to your room for celebration of the birthday. 

Q: Can I bring my own cake?
A: Yes, you can bring a small NUT-FREE cake and a cutlery to cut and serve. Please keep in mind that you will only have the party room for ONE hour. Any leftovers or boxes needs to be removed from the room immediately after your party concludes so we can get the room ready for our next party on time. 

Q: If I bring my own cake, can I leave it in your fridge until we go to our room?
A: No. According to New York health office regulations, we are not allowed to put any other food other than what we purchase ourselves in our fridges and freezer.  

Q: Can I bring my own food and snacks to the birthday party?
A: No. With the exception of an additional birthday cake, which should also be 100% nut-free, no additional food items are allowed into the facility and there are no exceptions. Please note that your time in the birthday room is limited to ONE Hour. We offer food and beverage items to purchase separately from our cafe, for guests who are not interested in pizza that we serve.

Q: Can we bring them to give to attending guests?
A: You can provide party favors to give out to your guests at the end of the party before they leave. We simply request that no nut containing candy be brought into the facility.

Q: How many slices are there from the large 16” cheese pizza?
A: A large 16” cheese pizza can be cut into 8 regular size slices. It is possible to cut the pizza into smaller slices to serve 16. Typically the pizza is cut into triangles but can be cut into squares if requested.

Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes, you can bring any decoration that does not require sticking them to the walls. Also, no helium-filled  (floating) balloons are allowed into the facility under any condition. Guests that show up to the facility with such balloons will be asked to leave balloons outside of the facility and in their vehicles. 

Q: Can we stay in the room for longer than one hour?
A: Yes, but only subject to availability of the room and at an additional charge. In that case, you can stay longer in your room the cost is $100 per hour.
